Dear Plein Air Painters,
As I move
through my mourning period, I continue to ask myself one question, how
would Ty keep the grounds of the Prallsville Mill alive with Art? So
here's what I'm thinking... During the months of June and July, grab
your easel's, oil paints, and pallet knives and swing on down to Ty's
Art Colony. If you want to catch the morning light, plein air painters
are welcome to arrive at the gallery on Saturday mornings at 10am.
Remember, every well-executed landscape starts with a block study. The
biggest blocks are located on the grounds of the Prallsville Mill.
Space is limited to approximately 12 participants therefore; please
confirm your attendance by contacting Daniel on Ty's mobile at
609.397.0452 or by email at tyhodanish@att.net. A one time
administrative fee of $25 will secure your place. Boards are cut,
primed and ready for a nominal fee. Let's keep the art colony alive
this summer by plein air painting on the grounds of the Prallsville
Mill in Stockton, New Jersey. Additionally, prepare your calendars for
the following up coming events:
A "Cheers to Life Exhibit" with featured artist Ty Hodanish, Saturday,
14 July 2018
Wednesday's, Wine and Paint
A week long instructor lead plein air workshop with the mother from
the Cape Cod School of Art and author of "Painting the Impressionist
Landscapes", Lois Griffel. Dates to be announced.
Cordially, Daniel, the other side of Ty.
